These Terms govern your use of the services and communications of Eagle Services LLC ("Eagle Services", "we", "us").
Services
Eagle Services LLC provides home services in Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia, including locksmith, garage door, air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, chimney service, plumbing, remodeling and related trades. Estimates are provided in good faith; final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We are licensed and insured.
SMS / text messaging program
By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following:
• Program name: Eagle Services messaging program.
• You will receive messages about appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and — if you consented to marketing — promotional offers and seasonal deals.
• Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month for marketing).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
